Book Structure Course
In the course we had to create our own book from scratch! I love transparent paper, and the layering of transparent paper. For this project we had to use images and text. I created a story that is personal to me. The story is not visible, and that was my approach. With the transparent paper, the layers accumulates the series of my life, each paper completes the other, thats the whole point! I also stitched a couple of pages in the book, by myself, and kept the thread hanging loose, to make it more settle and serene. Everything else in the book, other images and text were done on the computer then printed on transparent paper. Except for the cover, A professional tailor embroidered the rose. Then I made the cover by myself too. The whole concept of the book is very tranquil and delicate.
