This proposal was made in case starbucks introduced new media. We thought this would make the customer experience easier and more comfortable. For repeat customers, staff can make recommendations to customers through ID cards. It would have the customer's favorite coffee and some food. If customers buy some coffee or food, they can see, when they take coffee or food which is theirs through tags at the pick up place. And Starbucks gives customers some messages and advertisements. Another new media is fridges made of glass. The glass can show food's price, starbucks advertisement and customers can find out food information though touching the fridge.
