Another school project which consisted of two tasks aimed to acquire and develop some manufacturing skills using various materials (paper, wood or linoleum) and techniques like lino carving.

The first task was to design a unique alphabet where each known letter had its own secret substituting symbol and hand-carve these symbols into a block of linoleum using basic carving tools. Each symbol was then individually cut out from the lino and glued onto a small piece of wooden tetragonal prism which basically created a simple stamp.

The second task was to design and manufacture a stamp box where all those stamps could be incased or put in order. The box was also handmade - created out of a thick paper board and glued together with a pull-out cover on top. The whole alphabet includes only basic letters and numbers.
