To develop a new visual identity and digital marketing campaign for SMartSe, an organization that provides counceling and tools for creative freelancers. The logo is from the Belgian model but Dalston were asked to also develop a complementary logo based on the full name, Société Mutuelle Pour Artistes.
Together with the SMart team we defined the service and what was meant to be communicated. Transparency was a key factor. Facts presented in an accessible way and make the service easily communicated. The profile should be exciting and feel alive and inspiring. It should feel innovative and invite to participation.
A graphic identity that through typography and illustration inspires and is simple in its message. “We simplify things for the creative freelancer and provides a forum just for you”. Easily accessible and trustworthy. We highlight the people behind and their stories, both those who work here and the users. The tone of voice is personal and it is what sets apart SmartSE from other similar services. This is a place full of dedicated creatives. This is their space.
