Event Identity / Brochure
What we were asked to do
We were asked by Glasgow based O Street to collaborate with them on this years Scottish Mental Health Arts & Film Festival identity. Our task was to communicate the full breadth and diversity of the festival by using pre-existing imagery and the clients logo as a staring point.

Our process
Our approach was to consider the practical challenges first. We understood that imagery was crucial to telling the story of the festival. We were not in control of the visual content and therefore needed to create a visual language which was strong enough to express the vibrant mood of the festival. We used the existing logo as a source of inspiration and applied the angle within the logo to all headline text and imagery. This allowed us to create a dynamic and unique festival identity which was applied across all promotional materials.

What we designed
The identity was applied to a suite of promotional materials including festival guide, press ads event posters and banners to appear throughout Scotland from beginning of October.
