SK-II (Global Social Media Strategy)

While I was working at Leo Burnett/Arc Worldwide Singapore, I worked as a Social Media Planner on P&G's luxury Japanese skincare brand SK-II. I was also the lead author on SK-II's global Social Media Strategy Playbook. As the document had a strong focus on China, Korea & Japan, I used a combination of my existing experience working for clients in those markets while at GroupM with indepth research and language learning to prepare myself to be an author. The document included everything from Information Architecture & User Experience on Facebook, Mixi and Naver to Community Management philosophies and ideas for apps.
While working at Leo Burnett/Arc Worldwide Singapore, I was our agency's Social Media Planner for several P&G brands. I was the lead author of SK-II's Global Social Media Strategy. As the document had a strong focus on Korea, Japan & Chinese-speaking markets, I went through an indepth process of research, language learning and application of skills I had gained while working on projects in those markets while at GroupM.
