The objective behind the concept was to promote the competition, but also use the opportunity to persuade students to pursue careers within the automotive industry. I wanted the audience to know that this field would actually want and need them once they graduated.
As for aesthetics, the goal was to showcase the business in a way that appealed to a collegiate demographic . This was accomplished through photography and typeface selection that meshed well with the existing SEMA brand. To add a little fun and individuality to the project, lime green was used as an accent color throughout
the campaign.
