The basic idea used in the “s” house this combination of simple, rectangular forms in a lay-out, with curvilinear,plastic forms on a facade. It betrays some dynamics to the “s” house and does its more interesting. Simple rectangular forms allow to create convenient and simultaneously flexible lay-out. The basic preference has beengiven to the greater, open spaces and maximal use of natural illumination.
The “s” house to share on levels and there is no strict division into floors, due to it the sensation is created that the house to be on a relief, and it interestingly looks in an environment of the house. The environment of the house is made in the form of a forward court yard (basic) and back court yard on some eminence (more intimate zone). All is executed mainly from concrete and with small additions of green plantings, in style of the Japanese architecture. The house is executed basically from natural materials, a wood, a stone, glass.
