Ruffwear was looking to create a durable toy that encouraged play.  The ruffwear gourdo is made from sustainable, natural latex rubber, a renewable resource.  From interactive play, to treat dispensing, to gum massaging, this durable dog chew toy does it all.  The rope lanyard makes it easy to throw and pick up to avoid the slobbery rubber end.  The dog will intuitively grab the larger easier to chew indestructible rubber toy, leaving the lanyard free to grab. The other end has a hole that the owner can put dog treats inside to keep the dog engaged and occupied.
