Rope Bridge Shelf
- This bookshelf is based on the classic rope bridge. The shelf has been cut up into several sections and pairs of holes were drilled through each one. A cord connects all of the pieces and washers are used as spacers between the pieces.
The pieces do move pretty easily so some care does need to be taken when adding and removing a book, but for me that's the point. It turns a basic shelf into a fun balancing act.
