Rockshop | Rebranding

This was a largely open 'client' brief. I decided to do a major rebrand/small ad campaign for the leading
New Zealand instruments and accessories shop, Rockshop. Rockshop and it's current branding is very much brought to current time with this rebrand including a new logo as well as print media, including; posters, price tags and business cards. Extra things that have been included are Rockshop branded drumstick packaging as well as two pages of a website which are the home/splash page and the main page for the guitars department.
 
The idea around the branding is to go to the other end of the spectrum. Each of the departments (guitars, bass guitars, drums etc) will have a animal assigned to them. For example: I have an octopus for guitars with the tag line/caption “We know guitars (not octopus)." The caption style being inspired by the engraved style illustrations as if they were to have descriptive captions beneath.
