This illustration was created for a college course. Using a photo as a reference, the image was created by hand using traditional pen & ink methods, then scanned and colored using Photoshop. Note: This is NOT photomanipulation. ALL of this image was either created by hand either on paper or within a digital editing program.

In 2012, this image won the Instagram Threadless CanvasPop #MakeGreat Contest, was featured on the Threadless & CanvasPop websites, as well as the CanvasPop Instagram, and I received a free CanvasPop print on canvas of my artwork, along with an additional canvas print, $100 off a DNA-to-canvas print, plus canvas print discounts.
