The following images are from a shoot I conducted at my studio in the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham. I used some fantastic designs by Nottingham-based knitwear designer Rhea Clements. Rhea has created some stunning pieces ranging from the simplistic and elegant to the abstract and couture. I wanted to show off the dresses to the fullest by using complimenting colour schemes and lighting which would reflect the style of each dress. I also did some continuous lighting, shallow focus beauty shots using some of Rhea's knitted collars and a VERY low-tech lighting technique to create an ethereal look to the images.
