The Get Out the Vote poster competition is part of the AIGA’s nonpartisan Design for Democracy program. Its intent is to motivate eligible citizens to vote on election day through a clear call to action. My design targets voter apathy through concentration on negative persuasion through the use of stark, minimal imagery in order to show the viewer that a lack of action leads to the continuation of issues that envelop our nation.
