A residential development comprising of 3 and 4 bedroom row houses and 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments. The entire residential development is planned along two perpendicular axes and a stream along the same ( as shown in the proposed landscape plan) is proposed as a part of the micro climate as well as a water harvesting component.Bridges and pavilions suspended over the stream connect the various blocks and form interactive zones. Parking is restricted to the basement to limit paved areas to a minimum at surface level. Only 40% of the site consists of built up spaces while the balance 60% of the site forms parks, children play areas, interactive public spaces, jogging tracks and green initiative zones.
The entire residential development is planned with the aim of bringing about a strong sense of Eco- consciousness in its inhabitants.
