This project started as a spontaneous consequence on meditation upon illusion of time and space and it's still in progress. The final project should be a combination of paintings and geometry polyhedra drawings.
In everyday life time and space are inseparable, but as an illusion they can be manipulated.
Highlights of concept that refers on illusion of space I found in renaissance perspective.
When I think about history and sensibility of time I can't avoid Anselm Kiefer and his spirituality, tekstures...one painting I did for this project is influenced a lot with Kiefer's work "Arche".
So, for now I'm meditating upon geometry, and perspective through drawings based on Wenzel Jamnitzer polyhedra studies (Perspectiva Corporum Regularium) and collecting solid visual and textual documentation that I'll use. Painting and drawing goes really slow, just like aging and patina on surface of matter.
