Project Description: Our client wanted to remodel the East end of their strip mall in downtown Redmond. Demolition of the existing buildings occurred, and new structures were designed and built in their place to help increase foot traffic in the pedestrian-friendly neighborhood. Also, a nationwide RFP was conducted by me to find an artist our client would commission to create something that would make a blank wall exciting and be an asset to the community.
