Re-brand/design of my personal site romesplace.com

Below are the logos that I created for the branding scheme of my personal site. I wanted to have a retro feel to the whole scheme plus incorporate the design with the established retro/steampunk/grunge/robot brand of my portfolio cogwurx.com (which needs a redesign badly and is next on the "To Do List").

This personal site start out to be the hub of my everything: portfolio, blog, photo gallery, miscellaneous interweb junk; bu that was back in 2000 and things have changed. Born out of romesplace.com came two separate sites, cogwurx.com and tomandjerryonline.com.  As romesplace.com fell by the way side I used it as more of a brochure site pointing people to my other sites and to experiment with.

Anyway, Rome's Place will be reduced to 3 pages: landing page, cogwurx info, and Tom and Jerry online info. Each page will have it's one "identity" within the overall brand.
The main Romes' Place logo. These logos, I feel, is my new personal brand born out of romesplace.com. A couple of these logos will be use for my own intranet and another will be used for a customized portal for testing purposes within the portal system my employer maintains.

The flag banners in the bottom right corners are the different hover states for the navigation that I plan on using for the site.
Tom and Jerry?!?!? Yes, I'm a huge fan of Tom and Jerry and I run the fan site: Tom and Jerry Online.

I had a lot of fun creating this retro badge.
Finally, the branding for the cogwurx page. This identity will not carry over to my cogwurx brand, but is incorporating a lot of elements from the established cogwurx brand. I may add a more retro feel to cogwurx.com when I redesign that site, but I'm not really certain yet. I would like to get this project done before I start rethinking cogwurx.
