Inventor of a good many great games for the computer age.
For a good ten years now I have been uploading my portrait work to Siteway.

My process has developed in the interim decade. The feedback loop inherent in a set of tools as powerful as the ones I'm lucky enough to use, is such that as long as you stick to them, you'll simply keep learning and growing. As in a musical instrument.

I've drawn so many people. The sort of subject I'm looking for on Siteway is a mix that has itself changed. These days I'm seeking definite heroes (that's been a theme for awhile). But of a certain kind. These last few Siteway subjects have been men who dedicated their lives to a sustaining practice, their entire adult lives. They had struggles, they had imperfections.

Ralph H. Baer was the inventor of, among other accomplishments you can read about, the Milton-Bradley produced game, Simon. This was one of my favourite electronic toys growing up. This simple piece of genius was deeply satisfying, even when it was proving a challenge. To you, Mr. Braer, I say: thank you.
