With a brand new corporate image, including the custom-illustrated art from the nationally renowned artist, Joel Nakamura, I was tasked to design something that would set them apart from the rest of the insurance world. The concept: Different works. And that's good for you. The book goes through all of the different audiences the "you" is referring to: The RLI underwriters who have the autonomy to make quick and nimble decisions without red tape; the end customers who receive quicker and better service because of it; the RLI employers who each receive a share of the profit each year; and etc. I had the privilege of art directing these amazing Joel Nakamura originals, and also art directed over 15 photoshoots all across the country to highlight the people we wanted to tell the story from. Those people are incorporated into Joel Nakamura's abstract and almost fantastical art and become the star in each spread.
The book is 52 pages + cover. Perfect bound. 5 colors. including metallic silver to mimic the tin border of the art.
