rgba Studios specialises in VFX and cinematics and are based in Mumbai. The brief was to create a distinctive identity which demonstrated the company’s profile, also the new identity had to be a major shift from the earlier logo. Initially the idea was to have the new logo in four different color variations; same as in the old identity; as they represented the four partners who manage the studio’s operations. But for the final version the colour palette was kept to a single colour – Green, also because it helped to create a communication which was more uniform and easy to reproduce for media like motion, print and web.
