- CHALLENGE
The challenge was to design a wine label for a 2009 higher-end Chardonnay from Wild Mountain Winery, located in the foothills of California.
CONCEPT
The concept was to use typography as the main attraction of the label. The elegant design of the Q in Quality is used as a stand alone design element, being enlarged and set in gold to show class.SOLUTIONAlong with the use of the large Q, a faint illustration of the foothills in the background is used to help the Q pop even more, while still keeping things simple and elegant.
