Qtel : Brand Guidelines

  • The brand guide below was created while consulting within Qtel's (Qatar's national telecoms provider) corporate communications department. It was created after the implementation phase of the first version of their refreshed identity guide which covered the basics; this version however would cover everything else and more. 

    It is a combination of evolved previous work (by implementing what worked and didn't) and new visual language guides to cover items that were not there at the beginning. The whole guide is a total of 154 pages and covers just about everything the Qtel brand could be applied to. The guide was designed and written by myself in such a way that non creatives will understand it, and where necessary provide the relevant technical information for the designer. The project took approximately six weeks to complete and was supplied digitally together with a 'kit of parts' for usage.

    To complement this guide and for when it wasn't required to send out the full manual, I also developed mini 'think, see, do' guides for quick reference.
