This magazine cover was created for a class project based on the Push-Pin Studios. We were instructed to take inspiration from Push pin design elements and styles and to use them in our own way to create a cover for an existing magazine.
My inspiration came from Milton Glasser's 1967 poster of Bob Dylan, and I chose to do a cover for the magazine ImagineFX. I used the colorful, organic lines to create the lines on the wings. The wings are meant to represent creativity taking flight from the issue of ImagineFX the girl is reading on the cover.
