Puertecillo is a beach with a few houses with great waves for surf, a local spot. It's in the Chilean central zone, near Matanzas, a world class Kitesurf spot. Today Puertecillo is changing, due to building projects. The dangerous dirt road only for 4X4  to acces the beach is now a full paved road, and the landscape is changing. The little and hippy style camping is being moved, and the local and surfers are in caution mode, due to restictions to the beach access and other issues. A place to watch.
