I designed this pitch campaign to complement another campaign our agency was sending to SNGPL, one of the largest companies in Pakistan. This natural gas company wanted to spread messages about conservation, with practical reminders that the average consumer could relate to. Thus, I used very local imagery (local-style gas stoves, common water heaters, common gas heaters) in an illustrated visual to convey the message that burning too much gas is like burning your own money.
As an additional bonus to the prize of my employer's faith in me, the client - SNGPL - (who didn't end up going with our agency for financial reasons) conveyed their compliments regarding the artwork and concepts.
The tagline, concept, illustrations, and layout design were 100% my own work. This was a monumental step for me as a designer, because it was the first time an agency gave me such free reign.
The rest of the body copy was contributed by Kazim Jaffery, then the Creative Director at Publicis Pakistan.
