A single floor of 8,600 usf, including a sub-tenant space built and furnished to the same standards that the firm can grow into. The space included a large conference room with sliding wood / glass panels to open it completely to the reception space for large presentations, an art studio, a reference library, glass clerestories around the interior offices, a pantry, and an audio visual display wall in the reception area. The project was completed on time working under an extremely tight schedule.
