Waiting room at the Soc Trang Public Hospital. the young woman has a severe heart disease. Mother and daughter have just found out that an operation on the young woman is too dangerous. . the only remedy left for her are painkillers. The family grows coconuts in the Mekong Delta and most probably cannot afford the medication.
