  • psychiatry is silence-The Pleasures and Sorrows of work

Being the purpose of the brief the development of a project that had to be inspired by Alain de Botton’s book title  The pleasures and sorrows of work,  there was the need to think about what working means to people and how much it affects their life. Initially there was the aim to develop an analysis regarding the healthcare system and eventually it evolved to a less generic approach focusing only on the field of Psychiatry.

This publication consists of 3 volumes that focus on the day-to-day life of three different psychiatrists, working on different environments (public hospital, private small practice, mental hospital) and 1 volume that gives an insight on how people perceive psychiatry.
