Since 1983, Psaros has been building Western Australia and over three decades, they have established themselves as one of Perth's leading mid-tier developers and builders. So when we approached the client to invigorate their brand, they were more than eager.
Like other businesses who are carrying the brand of their youth, they had grown well beyond the perceptions their existing brand triggered and, in the midst of a phase of rapid expansion, it was time to remedy the misalignment.
Having worked on a number of development projects for the group, we had a keen strategic grasp on the benefits a rebrand could deliver for Psaros. The brief was to retain a legacy of the old identity while reflecting a new, bold direction for the business.
The Globe created the new brand and the positioning statement "Positioned for success". We also worked on the marketing collateral, company profile, website, environmental graphics and vehicle signage to name a few.
