In large, humans have a need to believe in something bigger, something more meaningful. Such religious connotations often surface to help fill that void and connect us to a higher power. However, with the arrival of the modern society, religion and faith have taken on entirely new contexts. It is now hard to disseminate between stories of divine spiritual interventions and encounters with the supernatural. No longer are such stories accepted at face value but rather are questioned on authenticity. It is this dissemination between truth and uncertainty, which have caused much turmoil in our world’s longstanding history.
