I was given a brief to find an existing grid within an urban or rural landscape. I chose a car park, from which I designed my grid using the various lines used to indicate spaces and no parking spaces.
Using this grid I then designed a complete uppercase alphabet that was inspired by the visual style of constructivist art. To create this effect I have focused on using geometric shapes in various fragmented forms, by cutting away sections of each character.
The name 'Propaganda' stems from the strong constructivist influence, as does the red and off-white colour scheme which I have used consistently in these images.
