Creative development of promotional campaigns for NY based photographer, Demetrius Fordham. Demetrius primarily specializes in fashion & portrait photography and his work reflects a strong theme of beauty within simplicity. Demetrius' work itself also communicates this aesthetic, as still often shoots with medium or large format film in black-and-white, focusing on elevating the raw beauty of an individual human form.

Demetrius required help in devising an initial identity system for his studio launch, to generate brand awareness, which aligned with his style and brand values of "finding beauty in simplicity." 

I created a system for Demetrius which embodies this mantra and which still provides much range in terms of application (various mediums), scaling(size constraints) and from a cost-standpoint(single color).

Demetrius was additionally assisted in developing and printing a special set of small square premium matte cardstock cards which both doubled for use as both business cards(allowing for a more targeted photography style to connect with each recipient to whom they are given) and promotional leave-behind or mailer card sets of his photography portfolio. The cards were printed double-sized to showcase a clean and elegant panel of contact information for Demetrius on one side, and a single image from his portfolio—overlaid with a special word representative of key attributes of the Demetrius Fordham brand.
