RESUMO

Este projeto de pesquisa tem por objetivo abordar a situação dos ex-infratores que procuram uma oportunidade no mercado de trabalho, destacando a dificuldade de reinserção destes indivíduos na sociedade. Partindo do tema responsabilidade social corporativa, procuramos analisar o porque das organizações serem negligentes ao tratar com estes indivíduos, observamos os fatores que as levam a negar uma oportunidade e aqueles usados para aceitá-los em seus ambientes detrabalho. Para este estudo, analisamos leis e benefícios a favor da contrataçãode ex-detentos. Com o resultado da pesquisa poderemos fazer as organizações e a comunidade enxergarem esses projetos e iniciativas de forma consciente e com visão humanitária, conscientizando que eles merecem a oportunidade não só de retomar uma vida normal, como de reconstruir sua dignidade.

ABSTRACT

This research project aims to address the situation of ex-offenders seeking an opportunity in the labor market, highlighting the difficulty of reintegration of these individuals in society. Based on the corporate social responsibility issue, we examine why organizations are negligent in dealing with these individuals, we observed the factors that lead them to deny an opportunity and those used to accept them in their work environments. For this study, we analyzed the laws and benefits tohiring ex-offenders. With the result of research we do and the community organizations to see these projects andinitiatives in a conscious and humanitarian vision, realizing that they deserve the opportunity not only to resume a normal life, as to rebuild their dignity.
