Bacolod LGU Project: Negros Occidental, Philippines
Bacolod LGU Project was a public bidding open to all developers in the Philippines last July 2011. The project is mainly a development of Negros Occidental Capitol's adjacent properties including the capitol itself.
The project is a mixed-use development which consists of hotel, retail, residential, convention center, and parks in a 7.7 hectare property. One of the major design objectives is to design above mentioned structures on physically segmented property (roads bisecting throughout the development) while still having a contiguous design and complimenting the capitol's architecture.
The project team is composed of Urban Planners, Architects and Landscape Architects of Ayala Land Inc., Innovation + Design Group spearheaded by Arch. Joel Luna, VP of Ayala Land Inc. and IDG Department Head.
