This is a range of filter jugs that I created packaging for in 2010. It's currently sold in Briscoes.
I wanted to get away from the traditional imagery that competing ranges use and instead go for a more modern, clean, illustrated look that would stand out on the shelves.
The idea was also to be very clear with consumers on the benefits and usage of these jugs and how they work, to take away the "oh I don't want to bother with this" factor and instead promote the product as something that has plenty of health pros, and very few cons - in other words the kind of packaging that would sell my own self on the idea of using this (lazy bachelor).
Also the range had to have easy navigation, with 3 jug designs and separate filter packs (in single packs, 3 pack and 6 packs), which is why every design has a name and icon that is then shown together on the filter packs and further reinforced by the copy on the front and back as well.
