How artists in the 21st century promote - In this day and age, a good press kit (whether it be electronic or print) can go a long way for an artist. The press kit is used to introduce an artist to a label, venue, or sponsor with a brief summary of the artists work and history. Most artists have simple, boring, and plain press kits laid out in Microsoft Word. For WrittenHouse, and hip-hop group from Philadelphia, I wanted to create something that showcased their personality in an effective yet beautiful manner. The result is below.
