Its fair to say there’s been a bit of trend to underestimate the ubiquitous potato. Bama Food Services assigned Mission to revitalize opinions amongst chefs and communicate how much more this humble vegetable has to offer.

Our response was to organize a special day dedicated to our versatile friend – ‘Potato Day’. The event was a jam-packed 12 hours, with presentations, cooking contests and entertainment culminating in a potato based dinner (naturally). The highlight of the day was a catwalk show performed by our “potato models” reminding the audience that potatoes can be sexy too!
