This is an ongoing project promoting events that have already taken place. Many of the examples are actually gifts -- the original art is sent to the speaker in question.
Rob Giampietro spoke at ArtSpeak in Vancouver last year. He spoke of the archive, flattened trees, pickles transecting concrete slabs, tables with legs of rotting fruit. And so on. It was beautiful, sprawling, and inspiring. My dog came with me. She barked.
All posters are one-offs, done with pen, ink, gouache, collage. As you can see, it is not a commercial practice.
