Porto Alegre's Wayfinding System
The project was made to be applied in Porto Alegre city. However, the focus of the system was its aplication in the Guaíba Lake's margin.
One of the inspirations that helped us to create the project is really obvious to whom lives in this city: the sunset. The colors were chosen considering this important influence in the Porto Alegre citizens's life.
Nevertheless, the most important support to create the subject was the statement "Porto Alegre: a city with contrasts". Thus, this was the guideline to construct the graphic elements and the system's main struture - as materials, format, etc.
