The code 4500 it's the postcode of the city of Espinho, it's a code that identifies the city.
The city is strong connected to his fishing activity called "Arte Xávega".

  • · City of Espinho
The last of the characteristics that differentiate the city of Espinho is their territorial organisation that is geometric like the city of New York. The streets are perpendiculars and parallels, this differentiates this city from the others cities of Portugal.

  • · Joining Characteristics
Of the three points above mentioned we extracted their similarities. What we get, that is transversal to the three points, is a grid, a net, where perpendiculars and parallels lines intersect between them.
  • · Grid + Disco Ball Form
To this grid if we add the spheric form of the disco-ball we get a dynamic shape that also represents the connections that the website will potentiate, as a place of connection between people.
  • · Brand B&W
To this project we choose the typeface Piron from Typedepot.
  • · Final Brand
We selected two shades of green to the brand. Green is one of the two colours of Espinho (the other is yellow).
