This project required close study and understanding of the form and symmetry that create an uppercase J. The subtleties and curves inspired the rotating motion initiated by the opening of a page. This was intended to emphasize the circular hook that stands out against the vertical body of the J, providing the user with a welcome surprise upon interaction. Careful use of color and white space were utilized to draw attention to the letterform.
