Meet Feather. She is a tiny, black weimaraner. Her original owners kept her in a cage and neglected to feed her. They also gave her a medication that prevented her from going to the bathroom so that they wouldn't have to clean her cage. The other two are going to take more time to adjust to her, but she's very happy so far to be able to run around freely and play.
