Pig Head - Alienation

Completely open ended brief.
To create anything from a given word or phrase.
My word/phrase is ALIENATE - al·ien·ate/ˈālēəˌnāt/Verb:
- Cause (someone) to feel isolated or estranged.
- Cause (someone) to become unsympathetic or hostile: "the association alienated its members".
- My idea is to use something as obscure and pointless as this PIG HEAD accessory to represent a trend and/or fashion.
