I made the model of this luxurious apartment for several weeks, countinously adapted the new design elements and updated some furnitures to make them more and more realistic.

The model was a tool of consultations with experts and specialists, not just a tool of representation for the client and the authorities.

Materials of the model:
Structure: LVL wood (it was made by a previous intern called Pieter)
Walls, floors, ceilings: plastic sheet burnished with sandpaper, dotted (optional) with a Muji pen (dot by dot)
Extra walls: burnished plexi glass, copper, balsa wood, or covered with leather
Glasses: transparent plastic film and thin black cardboard
Built-in shelfs: polistyren foam covered with burnished plastic sheets
Kitchen shelf: insitu poliurethan
Kitchen desk: insitu pigmented plaster
Cupboard: PS foam covered with acrylic painted steel mesh and copper sheet
Lower cupboards: hardwood
Sofa: plastic sheet covered with PE foam sheet
