Revamping the Company Image
This is a photo of my old store, Facility 0186 in Davie, FL. after a fresh, new paint job.
Getting pictures of the facilities within my district were simple. Revamping the brand image on the other hand was not. Take my store, for example: we had just recently refinanced the property to renovate and make improvements. The entire property was given a face lift and the main office was given a fresh new paint job. The value, quality and improvements were easily seen by standing on the property itself. The tenants we gave tours to were very impressed, and generally felt they could store their belongings there with secure peace of mind. However, when I took a picture of the office for the purpose of advertising, all its less endearing qualities and surroundings objects seemed to dominate the photo. Billboards, trees and old hanging telephone poles served as eye sores that surrounded the office. The concrete was faded in the parking lot. Gaps could be seen in the curtains through the windows. Even the landscaping seemed to lack balance. I decided that my skills in Photoshop were going to have to improve the image of what a several thousand dollar renovation could not.
Facility 0186 in Davie after photo corrections have been applied.
After a short amount of observation I was able to identify the elements that were taking away to the central focus of the photo and remove them completely. I was also able to make improvements to the pavement and curtains.
Here is the final product. Youll notice that even the logo at the top of the building is updated to its latest design. The updated logo is actually superimposed.

This is our Hollywood FL location. The photographer could not get a good angle because of the trees.
