This is the final outcome of my personal branding. The ident encompasses only themes that reflect my roots from living upon the River Medway, near the former City of Rochester.
The central element is a simplified line vector drawing of the Rochester Cathedral, a long the horizontal line is a representation of the Rochester Bridge simplified down to it's bare minimum loops and posts.
The general style of the ident was meant to convey the river, the stone and the middle age history the main prominent pieces of the area. The banner was developed in conjunction with the transmission of the middle age style as well as the style of typeface: Kabel.
The texture of the design was created with the intention of using photographs I took of driftwood a long Upnor beach on the River Medway (also the reason for the colour RGB Blue, #0000ff), and an inky and chipped effect from scanned in printing ink processes to convey age.
