Persimmon Essex were keen to give this Brentwood development a unique identity and wanted literature to reflect it's distinctive nature.
With the opportunity to work outside of the corporate guidelines, we created an identity that reflected this high-end development. With Apartments and houses launched separately we created a carrier brochure, that was luxurious and reflected this quality development and two additional brochures for apartments and houses.
The Weald Park identity stands out in a competitive market and demonstrates the superior build quality, whilst maintaining the Persimmon hallmark. The identity has been rolled out across all marketing collateral to underline the exclusivity of the development.
