To establish the work and the rhythm we must take the place and the people wholive there, as an organizing principle.
Observing holistically, experiencing everydetail.
Understanding why you are there and what is your intension.
We arrive in a new place and learn about their history, background, cultural traits, life, the rhythm of the place, relations, beliefs, traditions, parties, the FIB, knowledges, abilities, creative solutions, natural resources, raw materials, geography, leaderships, local economy, accessibility, balance points and of course about their work.
Uniting all these collected elements we promote a collective exercise of self-discovering and experimentation challenging everything to be different and challenging ourselves to think differently.
The most important thing in the first moments is to get to know each other and to build confidence in an equal relationship: walking, talking, showing interest and playing, lightly and freely, without expectations we must leave everybody free so that new and spontaneous ideas can appear.
The designer’s role is to little by little and with respect bring and join the most interesting results and encourage them to look for the new ones.
Each community reveals a different collection once everything, the whole process, is based on their vocation. The results: modern, folkor classic, comes out according and from a genuine mixture.
