Hyde + Hyde Architects recently completed the following contemporary house, located in Pennard, a small village on the Gower coast, South Wales.
The Gower Peninsula was one of the first places designated An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in 1949.
The architecture orientates itself around a courtyard which embraces the setting sun, and allows social space for entertaining. The low-carbon, sustainable home is heated throughout by a ground source heat pump, the pool is also heated by an air sourceheat pump.
